Cerec - Onlays, crowns:  The above CEREC porcelain restoration procedures took approximately 80 minutes from start to finish, and there were no follow-up visits!  The material used has similar physical characteristics to enamel, the hard outer shell of your teeth ...

   

Ulcers:  Apthous ulcers are painful, especially if they are on the tongue or an area of the mouth that moves a lot.  This ulcer (on the tongue) was painlessly zapped with a soft-tissue laser for about 2 seconds, without anesthesia!  The pain stopped immediately, and the site healed in a few days.  This may look a little gross, but this was a successful procedure that may come in handy for you someday!

   

Gaps:  This gap was closed with the use of a clear retainer that moved the teeth together.  The retainer was worn for a few short weeks, but what a big difference this small change made in the patient's overall smile.

   

Gaps:  This patient had a missing lateral incisor from childhood.  It was replaced with an all-ceramic bridge.  The teeth on the other side of the smile were restored with porcelain veneers so they would match in color, shape and texture with the bridge.

   

Bonding:  A quick filling can also repair decay at the gumline!
